Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and James Lovelock pionneered the vision of an integrated world where the planet Earth and the human specie form a unified organism (see Gaia Hypothesis) and from which emerges a new sphere of global consciousness (see Noosphere).
These enlightened men are more than scientists of their time. Because of their profound spirituality, they are able to understand, to foresee the /futurs.

Grâce notamment au flux d’énergie venant du Soleil, nous vivons dans un monde loin de l’équilibre. Nous sommes entourés de structures qui se sont formées au cours de l’histoire de la Terre, que ce soit en chimie, en géologie ou en biologie, et nous devons chercher leur origine dans des bifurcations successives. Mais il y a un autre aspect. Au point de bifurcation se présentent en général plusieurs possibilités : c’est pourquoi la nature est imprévisible. Déterminer laquelle de ces possibilités va se réaliser constitue alors un problème de probabilité. Fin des certitudes, apparition de la pluralité des futurs…
